PlatformReports & dashboards
Count and compare anything you keep.
Reports over any object, your own included: counts, sums and averages by up to two properties, over a period, against the one before. Put them on dashboards, and click any mark to see the records behind it.
Numbers you can open.
Any object
Contacts, deals, invoices, stock or an object you made yourself, and the members of a list. Count, sum, average, lowest, highest or distinct.
Periods and comparison
This or last week, month, quarter or year in your time zone, against the previous period or the same one last year. Each report names the date it reads.
Charts that fit the question
Fourteen chart types, from bar and line to funnel, map and goal. The product suggests the type that answers the question, and keeps the one you pick.
Click through
Click a bar or a slice and see the records behind it, with the values that were measured.
Dashboards
Drag and resize tiles on a grid; one period control applies to each tile's own date. Present mode fills the screen and refreshes every 30 seconds.
Named metrics and goals
Name a metric once, such as won revenue, set a goal on it, and a tile shows whether you are on pace.
Ask the Agent for a number.
The Agent answers with a chart drawn from your records, under your permissions. Save as report opens the builder on the same question.

Each square is a mode, left to right: Ask every time (the default), Auto inside the organization, Auto including replies and Full autonomy. A filled square means the Agent runs the tool in that mode without asking.
Reports read the same records as everything else.
- The AgentThe Agent answers with the same counts a report gives, and reads your named metrics and goals.
- Objects & dataConvert any view or list to a report, and use a list as a filter.
- WorkflowsA goal falling off pace can start a workflow.
- Control & auditField access and record visibility apply to every number.
Every number respects who is looking.
- Numbers are computed for each viewer: records they cannot see are not counted, and a property they cannot read is refused rather than quietly left out.
- A sum across currencies is withheld until it is converted at a dated rate.
- A report or dashboard is private or shared with the whole organization, and only its owner archives it.
- Members save reports, and Viewers read them.

All changesTurn an Agent answer into a saved report
An answer with a chart has Save as report, which opens the report builder on the same question.
Dashboard periods follow each tile's date
One control scopes every tile by its own date property and names it, and a goal tile shows where the bar should be today.
Goals and decisions measured against named metrics
Name a metric once and set goals on it, record the result a decision expects, and admins get a Monday brief of the biggest changes and the goals at risk.
Record feeds, several measures and maps in reports
A report can list the matching records as a feed, chart several measures at once, and show a world map that turns into a globe.
One platform for the whole business.
Every module works on the same records, and the Agent works on them with your permissions.
