PlatformObjects & data

Shape the organization like your business.

Create your own objects in the part of the business they belong to. Give them properties of sixteen types, formulas and rollups, and work with them like any built-in record: lists, views, import, export and history.

A new object, Shipment, is filed under Operations. Its properties arrive, a formula counts the days in transit, and Shipments appear in the sidebar.

Your objects, your properties, your views.

Custom objects

Name it, pick an icon, and choose the part of the business it belongs to: Customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Work or HR. It gets a list, record pages and a place in the sidebar.

Sixteen property types

Text, number, currency, dates, select, record reference, and identifiers such as a UAE TRN or an Emirates ID, checked against their format. Each property carries a sensitivity.

Formulas and rollups

Formulas in a small, sandboxed language with 21 functions, such as DAYS_SINCE. Rollups count, sum or average across related records, and never add up different currencies.

Lists and views

Static or dynamic lists. Views as a table, board, calendar or agenda, with 13 filter operators, saved for you, your team or everyone.

Import and export

A CSV import previews every row before it writes and can update the records you already have. Export any view, or every object in the organization.

History and the recycle bin

Every property keeps its value history, and an earlier value can be restored. A deleted record can be restored for 30 days, with its links.

Build it in a conversation.

The Agent can create objects, properties, relationships and pipelines from a conversation. Each change to the structure is a card unless the mode is Full autonomy.

  • schema.describeReads the organization's objects and their properties.Runs
  • object.createCreates an object in the part of the business you name.Asks unless Full autonomy
  • property.createAdds a property to an object.Asks unless Full autonomy
  • association.defineDefines a relationship between two objects.Asks unless Full autonomy
  • import.csvImports a CSV file into an object.Asks unless Full autonomy
  • record.exportExports an object's records in a form that imports back.Always asks

Each square is a mode, left to right: Ask every time (the default), Auto inside the organization, Auto including replies and Full autonomy. A filled square means the Agent runs the tool in that mode without asking.

Structure changes are for admins.

  • Only Owners and Admins create objects and properties, and a property's type is fixed once it exists.
  • Archiving an object first shows what would stop working: its lists, reports, pipelines and workflows.
  • A formula or rollup is only as visible as its least visible input.
  • A bulk change touches at most 1,000 records at a time, and can be undone.

What shipped lately.

All changes
  1. Import from any source

Import CSV, TSV, XLSX and XLS in any encoding and up to 512 MB, with the column headers other CRMs write, relations by key between files, and the owner matched by email address or name.

  2. One file with several kinds of record

A single file can carry companies, contacts, deals and activities in the same row, and the rehearsal names what is wrong instead of refusing the file.

  3. Mapping that remembers, duplicates you decide

Reuse the mapping of an earlier import, add a property while mapping, and choose what happens to rows that look like someone you already have.

  4. A log of every import and export

Settings > Imports and Settings > Exports keep every run, an import with a file of the rows that failed, and an export downloads as CSV or XLSX.

One platform for the whole business.

Every module works on the same records, and the Agent works on them with your permissions.
