Changelog

What shipped.

Each release gathers the changes that belong together, dated the day they reached the product. Everything here is something you can see or use today.

Work the product does in the background, such as mailbox sync, workflow runs, imports, notification emails and daily exchange rates, has run in production since September 24, 2026.

Bring your data in, and take it out

Import from whatever you run today, export what you need, and keep a copy of everything.

  1. Objects & data

    Import from any source

Import CSV, TSV, XLSX and XLS in any encoding and up to 512 MB, with the column headers other CRMs write, relations by key between files, and the owner matched by email address or name.

  2. One file with several kinds of record

A single file can carry companies, contacts, deals and activities in the same row, and the rehearsal names what is wrong instead of refusing the file.

  3. Mapping that remembers, duplicates you decide

Reuse the mapping of an earlier import, add a property while mapping, and choose what happens to rows that look like someone you already have.

  4. A log of every import and export

Settings > Imports and Settings > Exports keep every run, an import with a file of the rows that failed, and an export downloads as CSV or XLSX.

  5. A backup of everything, and undo for a batch

Back up all your data as one ZIP of CSV files, and undo a batch of any size in a single step.

Your documents, on your own paper

Templates with versions, your legal entity's brand, and a different preset for a customer who asks for one.

  1. Quotes & invoices

    Document templates

Build a document out of blocks, keep every publish as a version, and choose the template a quote or an invoice uses.

  2. The legal entity's brand on the page

A legal entity carries its mark, its brand colour and its fonts, and the preview shows the paper before anything is sent.

  3. A preset for a customer

A customer can have a document preset of its own, and the page where they read a quote shows the same paper as the PDF.

  4. Platform

    One renderer behind every PDF

Every PDF and every print in the product now comes from one renderer, so the preview and what your customer receives are the same page.

The platform speaks Arabic

Each person works in their own language, and the records answer in it too.

  1. Platform

    Arabic, right to left

A person can set their own interface language to Arabic, and the product lays itself out right to left and sets Arabic in Noto Sans Arabic.

  2. The registry speaks it too

Record types, fields, options, pipeline stages, metric and report names and the industry packs come in each language, so a list reads in Arabic the way it reads in English.

  3. Quotes & invoices

    Paper in two languages

A document can be issued in two languages, and in the UAE an Arabic side can be added, in the words the law uses.

The API and the MCP server are open

The registry the Agent and workflows use now answers your own code, and agents that speak MCP, with a key you issue in Settings.

  1. Platform

A REST API with one operation per tool

Call any tool at app.salexhub.com/api/v1 with your API key as the bearer token; the OpenAPI document that describes every operation is served beside it.

  2. An MCP server on the same door

Agents that speak MCP reach the same tools at the same address, under the same permissions and approval rules, through a compact listing or a flat one.

Forms you build here, fields only you can read

A form builder inside the product, and an Enterprise way to seal the fields that must not lie open.

  1. Forms & web

A form builder in the product

Build a form in SalexHub, then share its link or paste one line into your own site.

  2. Control & audit

    Sensitive data, on Enterprise

An admin can mark a property Keep encrypted, and its values are sealed with the organization's own key, which the organization can roll and then destroy the old version of.

Minis: small agents with one standing job

Say what a job is in your own words, and a Mini sets itself up, wakes when it should, and reports back in its own thread.

  1. The Agent

    Minis

A Mini does one job that repeats: it wakes on a schedule, on an event, when a record enters or leaves a dynamic list, or when the pace of a goal changes, and its report arrives in the app or by email.

  2. What a Mini may do, and ready ones to start from

A Mini reads and reports, or proposes: every change it wants becomes a card you approve in its thread, and only a Mini held by an agent you hired acts by itself, inside that agent's limits. A ready Mini is made without a model and without AI credits.

  3. Minis use your connected services

A Mini can read from the MCP servers an admin connected: the tools marked as reads run on their own, and anything else asks first.

Dubai real estate, from mandate to commission

The first industry pack, and the switch that turns a pack on without taking the organization apart.

  1. Industry packs

Real Estate pack for secondary sales in Dubai

The pack adds units, advertising permits, listings, offers, sale contracts, a buyer pipeline, ready reports and the lists of permits and mandates about to expire; Settings > Packs turns it on in one step and off only when nothing built on it remains.

Records that match how the money actually moves

Several people on a deal, one payment across several invoices, and numbers the product knows the shape of.

  1. CRM

    Several contacts on one deal

A deal links several contacts with one marked as primary, and when none is, the product asks instead of guessing who the quote is addressed to.

  2. Quotes & invoices

    Payments that cover several invoices

A payment is a record of its own: it can cover several invoices, marks an invoice it pays in full as Paid, and reopens it when the payment is voided.

  3. Objects & data

Identifier properties for tax numbers and IDs

A UAE TRN, a TIN or an Emirates ID is checked against its format and stored in one form, so the same number typed with spaces or dashes still matches.

  4. Saved filters that move with today

A filter can say today, so a window such as the next 30 days moves with the calendar instead of freezing on the day the view was saved.

Faster where you wait

Fewer model steps before an answer, and fewer requests before a page.

  1. Platform

Faster Agent answers and record pages

A question about your data takes the Agent fewer model steps, a dashboard loads its tiles in one request, and a list opens straight on its saved view.

  2. Record pages and lists load faster

Record pages and lists open sooner and send less data to your browser.

Work that runs itself, inside your rules

Workflows stop waiting for an admin, and an approval rule holds a step the way it holds a person.

  1. Workflows

Workflows run on their own, with approval rules on single steps

A published workflow runs its steps without an admin on every run, and a step that needs a yes is held by an approval rule like anyone else's action.

  2. CRM

Suggested values and possible duplicates, with their source

A company with a website can fetch suggested values from it and from Wikidata, each shown with its source and waiting for Accept or Reject, and possible duplicates appear on the record with the reason they matched.

People, leave and who approves what

The team joins the same records, and the actions that need a yes get a queue.

  1. HR

Employees, leave requests and leave balances

HR holds employees, org units, employment records and leave, with UAE rules built in: annual leave accrues monthly, and a request that needs approval goes to the manager and then to HR.

  2. Control & audit

Approval rules for actions that need a yes

Set which actions wait for approval and who approves them, step by step; buttons say so in advance, and what waits sits in one queue at the top of Home.

  3. An audit log of who did what

Settings > Members & access > Audit log reads as plain sentences, with views for sign-ins, security, exports, deletions and refused actions.

Contacts the way they really are

Several addresses, phone numbers from anywhere, and a command menu that understands what you meant.

  1. CRM

Several emails per contact, international phone numbers

A contact holds several email addresses with one primary, and a phone number picks its country, formats itself as you type and is found however it was written.

  2. Platform

A command menu that finds actions and asks the Agent

The menu matches words in any order and their synonyms, lists the records waiting for a verb such as approve or send, and ends with Ask Agent.

The back office: stock, currencies and the open web

What you buy and hold becomes documents, money gets its rates, and the Agent can read a page you point it at.

  1. Purchasing & stock

Purchase orders, goods receipts and stock levels

Orders, receipts and adjustments are numbered documents with their own steps, and the Stock page shows what is on hand by product and location with the document behind every movement.

  2. Platform

    Currencies with daily exchange rates

Set the reporting currency and the ones records may use; each gets a daily rate with five years of history, and a manual rate overrides the feed.

  3. The Agent

The Agent can read the public web

The Agent opens a public page at an address you or a search result gave it, and treats what it reads there as information, never as instructions.

A second way to work: the chat

The Agent on an address of its own, where the whole screen is the conversation.

  1. The Agent

    The chat at chat.salexhub.com

Members sign in at chat.salexhub.com and work with the same Agent on the same records, with a record opening beside the conversation; a visitor without an account can send five messages.

Your models, your bill, your answers kept

Choose what runs the Agent, see what it costs, and turn an answer into something that stays.

  1. The Agent

Choose models and bring your own AI keys

An admin sees the model behind each surface, limits which providers and models may run, and adds the organization's own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek or Vercel AI Gateway.

  2. See AI usage by day, person and model

Budgets & Spend shows what AI cost by day, by person and by model, and lists the calls that used the most.

  3. Reports & dashboards

Turn an Agent answer into a saved report

An answer with a chart has Save as report, which opens the report builder on the same question.

  4. The Agent

Search conversations by what was said

Search looks inside messages as well as titles, and shows the line that matched.

  5. Objects & data

A week view in the calendar

The calendar adds a week view beside month, shows times on entries, and opens the full day behind a +N more.

Numbers that line up, companies that find themselves

One period for a whole dashboard, and a contact that knows where it works.

  1. Reports & dashboards

Dashboard periods follow each tile's date

One control scopes every tile by its own date property and names it, and a goal tile shows where the bar should be today.

  2. CRM

New contacts link to their company by domain

A new contact joins its company when the domain of its email matches; personal domains are ignored and a shared domain links nothing.

  3. Filter, sort and act on list members

A list filters by the records' properties and by its own columns, chooses columns and sorting, and applies bulk actions to what you select.

  4. The Agent

The Agent sees property changes in history

Asked what happened on a record, the Agent now sees property changes such as a new owner or a changed amount, not only calls, notes and emails.

Getting data in, and finding it again

The first import, a property found by name, and notifications that know what you missed.

  1. Objects & data

Import CSV files with mapping and duplicate checks

Map a file's columns to properties, see a dry run before anything is written, and choose what to match on so existing rows are updated instead of duplicated.

  2. Find a property by name on a record

All fields has a search box that finds a property by its name or by the section it sits in.

  3. Platform

Notifications about your work, by email when missed

You hear when a record is assigned to you, when your record's status changes, when someone comments and when something is due; what you did not see in the app arrives by email.

Boards, bookings and the goals they serve

A canvas that holds live records, resources that cannot be double-booked, and a number worth watching.

  1. Projects & tasks

Live record cards and Agent drawing on whiteboards

A card can be a live record that follows renames and stays hidden from people who cannot see it, and the Agent can draw an org chart or an account map from your CRM data.

  2. Whiteboards for diagrams and planning

The Whiteboards page is a canvas for shapes, sticky notes, text, frames and connectors, with snapping, multi-select and undo.

  3. CRM

    Appointments that cannot be double-booked

Services, resources and appointments are records, and an appointment that overlaps another on the same resource is refused.

  4. Reports & dashboards

Goals and decisions measured against named metrics

Name a metric once and set goals on it, record the result a decision expects, and admins get a Monday brief of the biggest changes and the goals at risk.

  5. The Agent

Readable steps and the record in view

Tool steps read as short summaries instead of raw data, a side column shows the record under discussion, and @ attaches a record in the chat box.

Nothing is lost

Everything deleted waits somewhere, every bulk edit can be undone, and an email can be taken back.

  1. Objects & data

Restore what you built, undo bulk edits

Deleted workflows, reports, dashboards, pipelines, lists and forms wait in an Archived section, a bulk edit is undone in one step, and a property's earlier value comes back from its history.

  2. Deleted records go to a recycle bin

A deleted contact, company, deal, task or note moves to a recycle bin, and Restore brings it back with its links.

  3. CRM

Take back an email after Send

An admin sets an undo window of up to 120 seconds, within which a sent message can be taken back and leaves no trace on the record.

  4. Control & audit

Privacy export and erasure on person records

An admin can export everything the organization holds about a person as one file, or erase them, after which their addresses go on a block list so no import or workflow brings them back.

Workflows you can try before they are real

Drafts, numbered versions, a test run, and a step that waits.

  1. Workflows

Workflow drafts, versions, test runs and waits

Editing a live workflow saves a draft you publish when ready, each publish is a numbered version, a test run shows what would happen, and a Wait step pauses a run until a time or a date on the record.

  2. Any action as a workflow step

A step can run any action the platform offers rather than a short fixed list, and an AI step calls the tools you allow it.

An Agent that remembers, and a switch that stops it

Facts it keeps for the organization, answers you can take back, and one place to turn AI off.

  1. The Agent

The Agent remembers how your organization works

Tell it to remember a fact and it keeps it for the organization, a team function or one agent; an admin's facts apply at once, everyone else's wait for review.

  2. Regenerate, edit and pin conversations

Regenerate the last answer, edit and resend your last question, and pin or rename a conversation.

  3. Control & audit

One switch turns AI off for the organization

One switch stops every surface where a model would run; out of the box only the Owner can move it, and each change is logged.

  4. The Agent

    Define your own agents

An admin defines an agent with its own instructions and the tools it may use, tries it in the chat, and keeps each change as a version.

Who issues the invoice, and who sees the view

Your legal entities, your numbering, and views that belong to a team.

  1. Quotes & invoices

Legal entities that issue your documents

Each company you invoice from has its own legal name, tax registration and document numbering, and quotes and invoices name the entity that issued them.

  2. Invoices from accepted quotes and deals

An invoice comes from an accepted quote or straight from a deal, is numbered in sequence, moves from Draft to Issued to Paid or Void, and downloads as a PDF.

  3. Objects & data

    Rename, hide and share views

Built-in views can be renamed or hidden and saved views shared with a team or the organization, and a filter can say me so each person sees their own records.

  4. Platform

Custom objects and team menus in the sidebar

Custom objects can appear in the sidebar, and an admin builds menus and assigns them to teams without changing what anyone may open.

Your website, connected to your records

Forms that become contacts, visits without cookies, and live data on a page you host.

  1. Forms & web

    Website form submissions become contacts

Keep the form you already have and send its submissions here: each is stored as received and becomes a contact, and it can open a deal or start a workflow.

  2. Web analytics without cookies, linked to contacts

A small script shows visits, pages and traffic sources without cookies or stored IP addresses, and once your site names a visitor by email, that day's visits land on their contact.

  3. Live CRM data on your own website

Show live records, such as a catalog with prices, on a site you host, as a ready HTML snippet or as JSON for your developer.

  4. Reports & dashboards

Record feeds, several measures and maps in reports

A report can list the matching records as a feed, chart several measures at once, and show a world map that turns into a globe.

Quotes a customer can accept

The catalog, the offer, the link they say yes on, and the lists that keep the pipeline moving.

  1. Quotes & invoices

Quotes with online acceptance and PDF

A quote takes its lines from the deal, freezes when sent, and is read and accepted on a link; a PDF carries your logo and terms, and a new offer becomes a revision.

  2. Product bundles in the catalog

A bundle is a set of products with quantities that expands into lines at current prices, and the lines of a draft quote can be saved as a new bundle.

  3. CRM

    Static and dynamic lists

A list holds records you add or the records that match its filters, can be frozen into a static one, and can start a workflow when a record enters or leaves it.

  4. Objects & data

Export exactly what a list shows

The export button downloads the records the list shows after filters and search, and Settings exports the whole organization.

The first week: records, email and the Agent

Where it started: one stream per record, your own mailbox, and the Agent with a ceiling you set.

  1. CRM

Record pages with one activity stream

A record opens on a summary card and then one stream of emails, calls, tasks and changes, instead of separate tabs.

  2. Send and sync email from your mailbox

Connect your mailbox over IMAP and SMTP: incoming mail is matched to contacts by address, and what you send from a record goes out from your own address.

  3. The Agent

    Autonomy modes for the Agent

Choose how much it does without asking, from Ask every time to Full autonomy; the organization sets the ceiling by role and by person, and every change is logged.

  4. Objects & data

A full set of standard properties

Contacts, companies and deals come with a large set of standard properties in sections, with phone numbers, emails and web addresses checked and cleaned when saved.
