# Industry packs: Your trade's words, switched on in one step.

A pack adds an industry's objects, properties, pipelines, reports and lists to your organization. Switching it on adds the words without copying data, and switching it off hides them without deleting a record.

The Real Estate pack is switched on, and units, mandates, listings, offers and a buyer pipeline appear in the organization.

## What you do with it

**Two packs today, a third on the way.**

- **Real Estate**: Secondary sales brokerage in Dubai: units, mandates, advertising permits, listings, offers, the sale contract and the commission, with the registry numbers each step leaves behind. A buyer pipeline from New enquiry to Transferred, and lists of permits and mandates about to expire.
- **Construction**: A starter pack: sites and change orders, and the subcontractor vocabulary on companies, such as trades, license and insurance expiry and bonding capacity. Bid dates and retainage on deals.
- **Corporate & Advisory Services** (coming soon): Company formation, visas, renewals and customer due diligence, with quotes that tell services apart from disbursements.

## The Agent here

**The Agent speaks the pack's language.** Once a pack is on, its objects are records like any other, for you and for the Agent. Switching a pack on or off always waits for your approval.

Tools from the product's registry that the Agent uses here:

- `package.list`: Lists the packs and whether each one is on. Runs in every autonomy mode.
- `package.usage`: Shows what in the organization is built on a pack. Runs in every autonomy mode.
- `package.activate`: Switches a pack on. Asks in every mode.
- `package.deactivate`: Switches a pack off, only when nothing is built on it. Asks in every mode.
