# Chat: You say it. The Agent does the work.

chat.salexhub.com is SalexHub as a conversation. The Agent works in your organization through the same tools and permissions as the app, and by default every change and every send waits for your approval.

The chat: the conversation fills the screen, the Agent has drafted a reminder for each overdue invoice, and one invoice is open beside it; the three emails wait for approval.

## What you do here

**Hand the work over, keep the decision.** For work you would rather describe than click through: find, draft, update, build.

- **Say what you need**: Ask in your own words. The Agent finds the tools it needs in the product's registry and runs them as you, so it never sees or changes more than you can.
- **Approve what changes**: Each change arrives as a card that shows what will change, with Approve and Decline, and Approve all when there are several.
- **Records beside the conversation**: A record the Agent names opens in a panel beside the chat, and its full page is a click away in the app.
- **Conversations you keep**: Your conversations stay in a list beside the chat. Pin and rename them, regenerate the last answer or edit your last question.
- **Your mode, your model**: The autonomy mode and the model picker sit under the chat box. The Owner sets how far anyone may go.
- **From a phone**: The chat works in a phone browser, so you can ask and approve away from your desk.

## Both ways

**One organization, whichever way you work.**

- The same records. A record the Agent changes in the chat is the record you open in the app.
- The same account. Sign in on either address with your email and password.
- The same rules. Your role, access to each property, the autonomy mode and the approval rules apply in both.
- The same AI. The Agent runs on your organization's AI credits or its own AI provider key in both.
- From the chat, "Open the app" in the account menu takes you to the app.

## Before an account

**Try it before you sign up.** Anyone can send the chat five messages without an account. Until you sign up, the Agent has no tools and sees no one's data: it tells you what it would set up for your business. Sign up in the chat and you land back in it, in your own organization, where the Agent starts work once you add your AI provider key.
