# App: You drive. The Agent helps.

Deals, documents, stock, HR and reports on screen, all on the same records. The Agent works beside you in a side panel on every page, with your permissions.

## What you do here

**Everything on screen.** For work you want your hands on: reviewing a pipeline, shaping a document, setting up the organization.

- **Every module, one set of records**: CRM, quotes and invoices, purchasing and stock, projects, HR and forms work on the same records, so a deal, its invoice and the stock it moves are linked, not copied.
- **The Agent beside every page**: A side panel on every page and a page of its own. It answers from your records and proposes changes as cards you approve.
- **Your own objects**: Add objects and properties for your trade, or switch on an industry pack in one step.
- **Control & audit**: Roles, access to each property and approval rules decide who may do what, and the audit log records who did what and from where.

## Both ways

**One organization, whichever way you work.**

- The same records. A record the Agent changes in the chat is the record you open in the app.
- The same account. Sign in on either address with your email and password.
- The same rules. Your role, access to each property, the autonomy mode and the approval rules apply in both.
- The same AI. The Agent runs on your organization's AI credits or its own AI provider key in both.
- From the chat, "Open the app" in the account menu takes you to the app.
